Coronavirus COVID-19: A message to our customers

Providing a safe environment for our customers and the communities we operate in will always be our number one priority. We are continuing to operate as per our usual hours and are doing our best to ensure we continue to provide the electrical services and products people need, whilst doing everything we can to keep our customers and our team safe and healthy. We have continuously been taking extra steps to keep our customers and team safe, in line with direction from the government. Some of the additional precautions we have put in place are:

  • Increased cleaning and sanitation of our tools and equipment before use and after
  • Implementing social distancing measures when working
  • Providing materials to the team, which include hand sanitiser and increased glove use
  • Asking any team members displaying flu-like symptoms to refrain from coming into work

We would also ask that if you are feeling unwell, we would appreciate you letting us know in advance so we can reschedule any non-essential work or put extra measures in place.

We understand how important a reliable supply of electrical services are and we will continue to look at ways in which we can continue to best provide this in the changing environment.

The Ohmi Electrical team are working hard and doing their best to help customers get the service they need. We ask customers in to respect that in the distance that they keep from team members (sorry, this means no hand shaking!). We really appreciate everyone’s patience!
